DR. MARY (THERESE) GREENCORN
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Therese Greencorn completed her Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Sciences at St. Francis Xavier University. She continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, from where she graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Greencorn completed additional training and is certified in integrated dry needling/acupuncture and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.
Dr. Greencorn believes strongly in an evidence-based and patient-centred approach in her delivery of care. She recognizes that each person is unique and deserves a tailored treatment plan that is specific their individual needs. Dr. Greencorn believes in creating an inclusive environment where she works with her patients to help facilitate the achievement of their goals and improve their overall quality of life. Her goal is to empower patients by giving them the knowledge and skills so that they can actively participate in their recovery and help to prevent future injury.
Dr. Greencorn’s treatment approach includes patient education, joint mobilizations/manipulations, soft tissue therapy, personalized exercise programs, therapeutic modalities, and acupuncture/Dry Needling.
Dr. Greencorn is an advocate for “Exercise is Medicine” and believes in the importance of maintaining and living an active lifestyle. She loves spending time outdoors hiking, cycling, snowboarding, and playing a variety of recreational sports.
