VISHRUTIBEN (VISHRUTI) SOJITRA

Vishruti is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with experience in both international and Canadian healthcare settings. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Dr. D.Y. Patil College, India, and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Seneca College, Toronto.

She provides individualized assessment and treatment, including manual therapy with soft tissue release and joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

Vishruti treats a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, including back, shoulder, and knee pain, post-surgical cases such as Total Knee and Hip Replacement, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, rotator cuff repair, as well as sports injuries, peripheral nerve injuries, and arthritis.

She has completed certification in Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapy from Capri Institute, India, and Level 1 Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, with training in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and core/pelvic floor dysfunction.

Vishruti takes a personalized and evidence-based approach, combining hands-on treatment, targeted exercises, and education to support recovery.
